Corrosion at the Pipe Supports

Many plant operators face an unknown risk concerning the integrity of support contact areas under piping and cable racks, especially in older plants. This is commonly referred to as Corrosion under/at Pipe Supports (CUPS/CAPS).

Supports are exposed to galvanic corrosion which reduces pipe wall thickness over time and will eventually result in a serious safety risk to the environment and plant personnel. Without intervention the line will eventually require replacement in a shut-down situation. Traditional methods of gaining access to these areas in a live environment are costly and can involve risks to personnel and the environment.

The KuduJacks solution is a proven agile alternative that can be deployed safely, quickly and cost-effectively across the globe.
